These General Terms and Conditions, last updated on 01/10/2020 supplement the Privacy Policy of LabelsTree.com

1. General

1.1 You acknowledge and agree that these General Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, and, if you purchase a product, the order form, constitute the complete and exclusive agreement concerning the sale and supply of goods and/or services between us.
1.2 We reserve the right to change these General Terms & Conditions at any time by posting the changes on our website and, if you have registered for an account on our website, emailing you (at the email address that you have supplied) with a summary of the changes. Any changes are effective immediately upon posting on this website. You are asked to read and accept the terms and conditions each time you place an order, to ensure that you are familiar with the most current ones.

2. Contact us

2.1 All our correspondences are dealt via email at info@labelstree.com; if, however, you feel that we have not replied in a timely manner, or that your request requires that you speak to one of our advisors, you can call us on +44 1566 773696 and ask to speak to Labelstree Customer Services.

3. Making A Purchase

3.1 You are encouraged to place your order using the online payment platforms incorporated on this website; if you are unable to do so for any reason, or if your order requirements exceed the maximum order that the website can process, please [contact us] and we will be happy to assist you.
3.2 Regular customers with over €1,000 in annual sales are able to set up a credit account with us, subject to approved references. Please [contact us] if you would like to discuss this option.
3.3 We accept credit card payment; however, business credit cards will incur a charge of 2.5% to account for bank charges associated with processing such payments. Credit card payments are collected using Stripe.
3.4 LabelsTree currently accepts the following payment methods:

Credit cards:
Visa
Mastercard

Debit cards:
Visa Electron
Mastercard

Debit Bank Transfer:
iDeal
e-Wallet
Paypal.

3.5 It is imperative that you provide the cardholder’s name as it is shown on the card. The processing of the payment may be done by a third party service provider. The payment service providers’ terms & conditions and privacy policy are additional to LabelsTree General Terms & Conditions and privacy policy to Privacy Policy >. Following payment of your order, your bank statement may include a reference to the third party service provider (e.g. “Stripe”).

4. Shipping and Handling

4.1 Please refer to our [FAQ] section for information on shipping, including shipping zones and anticipated delivery times.
4.2 We will not ship before we have received payment. If you pay by credit or debit card, the purchase price will be deducted from your account as soon as your order has been completed online. Payments can only be processed if the billing information can be verified. We will contact you if we have any problems taking payment from the card details you provide during the order process.
4.3 Taking payment does not mean we have accepted your order and, in the event of us not accepting your order, a full refund will be given as soon as reasonably possible.
4.4 In the unlikely event that your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. We will email you with the option to cancel or amend your order if you would rather not wait.

5. Tax Charges

5.1 If you are VAT registered, you can insert your VAT number into the allocated box on the order page in the required format; provided that this can be verified through the VIES register at the time your order is placed, this will remove the VAT charge on your order. If you feel you have been charged VAT incorrectly, please contact us via info@labelstree.com so that we can investigate.

6. Events beyond our reasonable control

6.1 We will not be held responsible for any delay or failure to comply with our obligations under these conditions if the delay or failure arises from any cause which is beyond our reasonable control. This condition does not affect your statutory rights.

7. Governing law and jurisdiction

7.1 These Terms and Conditions and all transactions related to this website are governed by English law and are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. Any liability under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 is hereby expressly excluded. The application of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is expressly excluded.

8. Invalidity of any of the Terms and Conditions

8.1 These General Terms & Conditions shall be deemed severable. If, for any reason, part of these General Terms and Conditions is unenforceable, the validity of the remaining General Terms and Conditions shall not be affected. We will use our reasonable endeavours to comply with any applicable statute, regulation or other ordinance as and when they come into force.

9. Returns Policy

9.1 In the unlikely event that you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your goods to us.
9.2 You must return the goods within 14 days [see FAQ section E – ] of receiving your order and with the shrink-wrapping intact.
9.3 You agree to pay for the return postage.
9.4 The returned goods must be unused and in perfect condition. Once we are able to inspect the goods, and provided that we are happy with the condition of the returned goods, we will issue a refund for the price paid minus any outgoing postage charges (if applicable).

10. Exchanges

10.1 In the unlikely event that, upon receipt of your delivery, you find that you have ordered the wrong stock, we are happy to arrange for an exchange of goods, once the price difference has been agreed and adjusted accordingly.
10.2 As our website and box end labels clearly state the sizes and dimensions of our labels, we cannot accept that the wrong size was only discovered once the boxes were opened; therefore, all boxes must be in their original shrink wrapping in order for them to be exchanged.
10.3 The easiest and simplest way to arrange for an exchange is for you to re-visit our website and order the correct goods required, and follow the Returns Policy as above. As soon as we receive the returned goods and have checked the condition, we will refund you within 24 hours.
10.4 We DO NOT charge a restocking fee on returned items.

11. Passing of property

11.1 We cannot accept any liability for loss or damages incurred in the event of re-sale of our goods, and can only accept exchange requests from, or issue refunds to, customers of LabelsTree.com (including anyone who placed an order directly on the website without creating an account).
11.2 Property in the goods passes from the moment that delivery of the goods is taken by the customer of LabelsTree.com, and we cannot accept liability for any loss or damages arising subsequently, including from failing to comply with the storage conditions of our goods.

12. Storage conditions

12.1. Users must appreciate that paper is a material which is rapidly and considerably affected by storage and usage conditions. Forms with integral products must be stored in stable conditions as below and have a shelf life of not more than two years.
12.2. Unless precautions are taken, goods are liable to be affected by variations in temperature and humidity. Variations in humidity are the most serious and will, by changing the moisture content of the stationery, alter its size and strength characteristics. Goods should be stored in conditions between 35% r.h. and 60% r.h.
12.3. Goods should be stored at a temperature between 10°C and 25°C (between 50°F and 77°F). Transient variations outside this range will not normally affect its performance. If goods are transferred from a cold room to a warm room, they may experience a temporary warp. In this case, time should be allowed for the goods to become acclimated before being used.
12.4. Goods should be kept in the original boxes until required for use. The boxes should be stored lid uppermost and not directly touching a floor. They should not be stored close to pipes, radiators, hot air ducts, open windows, or similar. Boxes of 1,000 sheets should not be stacked more than seven high, should be supported squarely at the bottom, and should have no heavy weights placed upon them. Partly used boxes should not be placed within a stack, but may be placed as the top box in a stack of seven.
